TwirlPic Effect
TwirlPic Effect is an image processing application. It allows user to create a twirl effect on any given image/picture.
User can change different setting to create different effects. User can change angle to create clockwise or anti-clockwise effect.
Click/Tap on the image to set new center position for the twirl effect.
